Window and door rough opening for grooved reveals

Standard construction in New Zealand is to have a grooved timber window and door liner/reveal. Generic revit families seems limited to only having architrave type construction. With this type of construction the plasterboard lining conceals the gap between the framed opening and the window reveal. I can't find away for revit to do this that permits a satisfactory appearance in elevations, whilst retaining it's true framed opening and reveal sizes. Please help 🙂
