Welding, Lapping, Coupling of Reinforcement in Column and Slab

Please add the Lapping and Welding (See image) commands to the Rebar Coupler command. They are very important for making an accurate project.

I'm sorry if anyone has already addressed this issue.

I see in the current plugins/add-in market, there are several functions from reinforcement application introducing automatically lapping rebar with calculated length.
I do not have any opinion for welding.

It would be nice to do that trough Revit.

Agree, but not only in columns. Must be consitent to all elements
