Visibility Graphics Organization

I would like to suggests a little re organization of the visibility graphics dialog.  

- Move "Detail Items" from Nodel categories to Annotation Categories

- Separate Model Lines (leave in Model Categories) and Detail Lines (put in Annotation Categories)

- Create a tab for Reference Categories (maybe there's a better name?), for

• Levels
• Grids
• Scope Boxes
• Reference Planes, Lines and Points
• Spaces
• Zones
• Rooms
