Apologies if this has already been submitted, and if it has please let me know so I can remove this one and vote for the original. We do our renderings out of Enscape for Revit here at our office. One thing that I find frustrating is that I don't think you can control the lighting in Enscape via the Revit lighting/dimming control panel associated with the Revit view (this a limitation for Enscape for now). So our work around is having to go into each distinct light source family type (sometimes nested in families) then change the light intensity and color filter for feature lighting. This is a pain and takes a while especially when you have to wait for Enscape to reload every time you are making small changes when dialing in the light levels for each area.
I would like to propose that you can assign instance or type parameters to the light intensity and color filter for a light source. And that you could then assign parameters in any nested families so you don't have to go into the family. We have made the light sources shared which means we can tab over them from within the project and edit their type, also can do this in project browser. But you would have to do this for each type which takes a while, even if its just 4-5 different light source types. It would be great if we could assign a global parameters that could control the color filter and intensity of the light sources all at once (and consistently).
Again sorry if this has been posted already, or if there is a very obvious and easy workaround that currently allows me to do this that I don't know about.
