Once you place a structural fabric area, you cannot change its aspect and how it's shown on your floor plans or reference sections. The only way to do that is via the object style settings, by changing the color and line style in the 'steel sheet' row. The problem is that it changes the aspect of your sheet in every view, and if you need to have a different way of displaying it (e.g., one for the floor plans and one for the reference sections), that is not possible. The only way around it is by removing the structural fabric area, but then the steel sheets are no longer cut to the correct length.
I'd like to have a way of personalizing the way you see your reinforcement sheet without having to remove the structural fabric area and being able to do that in the view templates.
