stop making creator central file as editable

stop making creator central file as editable

If you create a central file you enable collaboration, save it as a central, you open it and then I allways have to switch editable to no.

The default setting is yes but I have worked with many centrals and the setting allways was toggled to no.

It would save time if that option would be no bij default.
