I often work on multiple projects and when I switch panels Revit will randomly pop a prompt for me to save or to update the cloud/central model. But sometimes I am not ready to save or I do not want to save a big file just yet, so I have to guess which project is being referred to. Why not make a standard that all dialog boxes tell the user which file is being targeted for changes?
