Rotate Legend Components

I think you should be able to rotate legend components of any family. That is all.

We should have the ability to rotate a Legend Component.

And I would add that we should be able to define the properties of the component in the same was as with the family it's based on.

Is there any way we can combine all "legends" ideas into one? Off the top of my head, these are the improvements I'd like to see with legends:

rotate legend components

tag legend components

override the visibility/graphics of legend components, by element and category

Linework override

Insert legends into other projects

Not only the Legend Component cannot be rotated, the Legend itself placed in the Sheet also has this limitation.

Simple request for a non critical problem, but still annoying.

It has been very long time that this problem was raise in the forums. 

It will be very useful for the user to be able to rotate the legend component of family and to be force to create 2d element or use other way that will make creating drawing legends more time consuming.

Not being able to rotate legend components is extremely cumbersome. At the very least the native Revit families should appear correctly when dragged onto a legend.

I agree with being able to rotate any legend component of any family, this should have been enabled along time ago.

we cant keep on edit our families to suit, or have to create or load a 2d symbol for that.

Components can´t be rotated!! This is not very flexible, and again we are forced to have 2D symbols inside legends, and they are not updating with families used in the project.  

Sorry if I've posted this before but Autodesk isn't doing enough
