I ran into this issue and have been trying to resolve it for a few weeks and cannot seem to find any solutions that work. Project north lets you alight to a reference or a grid
True north rotates the site behind the model
For some reason this is not doing what I want it to. Whether is have the project base point clipped or unclipped it doesn't matter the rotation angle of the project does not change. I feel like this could be fixed by just including a project rotation tool similar to the relocate project tool.
If someone has a solution please share it!
