When you erase a room in a model view, you encounter a message that you did not remove the room altogether but that you need to remove it from a room schedule to banish the very idea of the room in your project.
I propose to introduce Shift-Delete to really erase a room and to keep Delete as it is. At bit like circumnavigating the Windows waste bin.
If you add such feature please also include spaces. Maybe add a checkmark that can stay toggled on to let the user always delete completely (nor just from the floor plan)
