Hopefully in the next update/upgrade Autodesk will add an option to stretch or expand the print diaglog box when printing a set in revit to show/see all the sheet names/titles.
Not saying this wouldn't be useful, but have you tried the Publish Settings on the Collaborate Tab?
That UI is orders of magnitude better than the old Selected Views dialog in the Print tool.
Unfortunately, people tend to think it's a BIM 360 only tool because of the name & Ribbon location, but you can create your print sets using that tool and they are synchronized with the print sets regardless of how - or even if - your project is Worksetted.
