We would like to print sheets to PDF individually but Revit's implementation of this feature is...bad. It's fatal flaw is that it prompts individually for each sheet/view filename. We print sheets a lot, probably 95% of the time, maybe more. For internal team dynamics we would like to be able to print sheet as PDFs individually. This is truly necessary to us, and believe me, I understand that detail references hyperlinking is lost when printed individually!
I propose a third "File" option become available in the plot dialog when only sheets are selected in the "Print Range". When this happens, file naming becomes automatic, formatted as: <sheetnumber> - <Sheetname>.pdf. The files are saved into a designated folder with only one prompt to overwrite existing files.
