Modele coordination in Revit : more visualization controls (as linked model)

Hello,

Model Coordination is great tool, appear in Revit 2024 and extended in Revit 2025 (monitoring differences). Have that said, Model coordination needs to be flexible into visualization vs linking Revit model. Let explain my thought :

1- Case : Linking Revit model :

With linked model, in “Visibility / Graphic” windows, you can display model by :

• “Host View”
• “Linked view”
• "Custom"

See below my example “Linked file = HVAC file”

• Using “By Host View”, I obtain this kind of view

• Using “By Linked View”, I obtain this kind of view (more detailed, colored with tags...)

2- Case: Insert Coordination model :

Using the same example, in “Visibility / Graphic”, you can trigger transparency only:

My idea : possibility to manage model coordination visibility as managed in linked model.
