I would like to see the following improvements to model analytics after some testing.
- Information about why each area is a problem should be included in the tooltips throughout the health indicators section/settings.
- Settings should be available at the project, project type, and company levels, allowing you to select one of the following options. In both cases, they can be custom numbers or Autodesk-recommended. When customizing numbers, a helpful note next to each section should help guide the numbers based on how they impact the model.
- Static numbers Autodesk Recommended or Custom: A flat number no matter the project size or scope
- Dynamic numbers Autodesk Recommended or Custom: A set of dynamic numbers where aspects of the project, like building area, levels, etc can influence numbers to be realistic for a project. For example, A tiny test fit is probably fine with 0 models or 1 model in place, with elements being acceptable, but a giant building might have 5-10. Even the sample model has 5.
- Access in Revit, with the ability to easily find elements that are causing issues, model in place elements, CAD, and more.
- API access so Autodesk Assistant, Guardian, Pirros, and other plugins and features can contribute to and read shared data rather than collect separate data in a silo.
I think 1 and 2 are critical for making it helpfull.
