Currently, the symbolic pattern of flex ducts is controlled per flex duct instance using the Flex Pattern instance parameter. This makes it difficult to maintain a consistent office or project standard, especially on large MEP projects with many users.
It would be very useful if Revit had a global/project-level setting for flex duct symbolic graphics, ideally under:
Mechanical Settings → Duct Settings → Flex Duct Graphics
The density control would be also useful. At the moment, the flex duct symbolic pattern can appear too dense or too loose depending on drawing scale. A simple setting such as Low / Medium / High density, or better a numeric spacing value for specific scale, would give users much better control over drawing clarity.
