Make conditional formatting its own tab, similar to filters in view templates.

When working with schedules you want enough control validating values.
My suggestion is to expand the conditional formatting options and make it its own tab similar to filters. One list which displays alle the applied conditional statements with all the graphic styles displayed. The rules should work similar to filters or could be filters. This means the conditional statement should be able to have one or more statements.

There should be options for single cell or whole row formatting. Display styles for the border, back or foreground hatches and text styles.

While we're at it. Perhaps the whole tab filters should look and work the same way as those in view templates.
