Linked file height offset (base point to base point)
Please, please, please can we get an instance parameter for project base point to project base point height offset for linked files?
I get that setting levels and having an offset from levels might be tricky what with determining how levels correspond... bu surely base point to base point height difference is easy to do... after all we are able to bring in links aligned to base points (which reminds me... can we have an option to choose a height offset when importing too?).
