Often I would like to select all of the annotation items in a model view. I select everything and then use the Filter to deselect the model categories. It would be ideal if instead of listing everything alphabetically the Filter dialog would group categories into:
Model
Annotation
AM
Imports
Links
and have a check box at the top of each group that would select or deselect all categories in that group, and a kind of subtotal Count for that group.
Obviously keeping the simplicity of the Filters dialog in every other way.
Separating and making a clear distinction between Model and Detail lines would be great to see in the Filter too.
