Fix bug whereby Dynamo makes Quick Access Toolbar dissapears when above ribbon

There is a bug in Revit 2017 on Win10 whereby if Dynamo is installed then the Quick Access Toolbar is invisible when above the ribbon. When you uninstall Dynamo the QAT appears above the ribbon.  The workaround is to set the QAT to be below the ribbon if you dont want to uninstall Dynamo. 

Obviously we don't want people to uninstall Dynamo to make Revit QAT work. 

I've had two laptops and both did the same.

Hi !

I've the same problem.

QAT is not visible if Dynamo 0.9.1 is installed.
In this case standard position of the QAT is below the ribbon.

Solution of the German Support: Please uninstall Dynamo.

After unsinstal Dynamo QAT is visible.

Yes in the past I have updated Revit to 2017.1 and it seems to have solved the issue.

In 2017.2 I do not see this problem when launching Dynamo 1.x so I am marking this as implemented. I do still see this with Dynamo 0.9.1 (only after launching Dynamo 0.9.1), but there are no further updates planned for Dynamo 0.9x at this time.
