Fill patterns should scale differently depending on the view scale

I wish Revit would have the ability to scale patterns differently depending on the view scale.

Problem:

Patterns that are correctly scaled for use in a 1:50 view scale are way too dense when they are also used in a 1:5 detail view.

Solution:

Revit could have a table with importscales per pattern per view scale (each pattern in a row / each view scale in a column). The solution would be along the same lines as the lineweight table. Lineweights have different pen widths depending on the view scale for exactly the same reason as patterns should have a different scale depending on the view scale. The same principle that was applied years ago on pen widths could also be applied on pattern scales.

@PaulusPresent_BB, that help article is really good.  There are ideas out there to make cut patterns in walls be able to be a model pattern (which scales with the view).  A search for "model cut pattern" will bring up several that are all about the same.

@kimberly_fuhrman-jones, I came up with several items with that search that appear that they should be merged, btw.
