Drag View From Sheet to Sheet

Drag View From Sheet to Sheet

It would be handy if you could drag and drop views that are placed on a sheet to another sheet from window to window without having to use the project browser.

Or at least cut and paste the viewport from one sheet to another.

I'd also like a right click option - if you expand the list of views on a sheet, right click on a view and similar to the existing option to "remove from sheet" just below that we should have a "move to sheet" and it would then prompt which sheet to move to.  For the view to move itself to the exact same position on the destination sheet that would be great.

@BethanyPritchard That would definitely save time not having to fuss with the Title and line length (I wish we could do that when bringing in details from our typical library).

There is a slightly easier way to do this than deleting a view from sheet A and then adding it to sheet B.  This post explains how to move a view from one sheet to another in one step but it can only be done for one view at a time.

Congrats! We think this is a great idea, so we've decided to add it to our roadmap. Thanks for the suggestion!
