Digital Signature on Revit files

Allow the ability to digitally sign a Revit file with restrictions to the file. Similar to signing a PDF and applying security.

This would allow sharing of Revit files while securing the information contained within.

Allow options to password protect:

Saving out families

Viewing families within family editor

Deleting/Editing elements

Exporting specific file types (DWG, etc.)

I'm sure there are more, but this would be a big help.

We try to limit our exposure of our custom families, template setup, etc. This could help a lot.

It would be nice if the Revit Family file have any Password Protect option.

In some cases, not only the "customization" process, but when the Office needs to approve the project, and get confirmation from many stakeholders, it´s important to have a digital signature.

That would be awesome if all my families will be protected by a password. 

In some cases I don't want people make any change on parameters of our families.

We are being as a firm to submit models as a deliverable to Authorities Having Jurisdiction for one of our projects. Is there a digital signature that may be applied to models for certification?
