Default setting for linked revit models

Default setting for linked revit models

Is it possible that when I link a new revit model it defaults as off in all view templates?

I would rather turn it on where I needed than having to turn it off everywhere.

I don't want to unload it when I print, and I spend a lot of time turning them off everytime.

Another way is to give me an option when Im loading it if I want it on or off in template views.

thank you

Agreed.  It's tedious when you have a lot of view templates and then have to change them all when a new model is linked in.

As structural engineers, we use linked models for co-ordination, but nearly always hide linked models on sheets which are largely controlled by our view templates, so not showing linked models would be our default position.
