Composite floor. Create floor that has bottom shaped as element under the floor.

Would like to create structural floor on top of steel deck family or any other element. For now it needs workaround as described here:

This is long overdue. Yes, there are workarounds, but that's exactly what they are "workarounds". This type of floor system is quite common in construction, yet you cannot create it accurately with the default floor family within Revit and get correct floor volumes and geometry.
