Attached Pad to u/s slab

It would be helpful if the building pad could automatically be attached to the underside of a floor slab.

It would be EVEN better if the pad could ALSO be attached to a slab that slopes!!!

One other function that would be great to the Building Pad function is to add the "Modify Sub-Elements" tool to it as well.
