Keep elements within the assembly on the same workset as when they were created. When copying assemblies around the project, it would be helpful for them to stay on their original workset, especially when there are multiple worksets assigned within an assembly. For instance, I have toilet stalls that have plumbing (MEP workset) and accessories (FF&E workset) within one assembly. When copying the assembly, I must go into each instance to put the toilets back on the MEP workset.
I agree, it is a great nuisance that causes delays to have to go into every assembly to change the workset of the parts in the assembly. It is simply not do-able.
