Currently Revit analytical panels do not have the option to set a one-way span, or direction of a one-way span.
By default, it seems that all panel elements are 2-way spans without the option to determine a single span directions:
For comprehensive analytical modeling, this is vital, as the situations of multiple beams bordering a floor, but only some attracting load, is common place in structural design.
This is vital to allow Revit to set-up accurate analytical models before sending them to Robot.
