Add view sectionline API functionality

Dear Revit developers,

To keep drawings clean I use the function that you can split a view's section line, as in the image, a lot, so I thought I could make a plugin to do that. After some searching I came to the conclusion that I cannot make such a plugin because there is no API method to do this. Hence my request to add this functionality to the Revit API, so could you please make this happen?
