Add the option to limit the number of Recent Documents in Revit

The list of the Recent Documents stored in the Revit.ini can affect the performance of loading the File Tab in Revit. Currently, the number of Recent Documents cannot be controlled by the users.

It would be very beneficial to have the opportunity to set up a maximum number of the files stored in the List. This functionality would allow the list to be customized to the needs and thus optimize the performance of loading the Tab.

...maybe the UI for the File menu is just bad and needs to be rewritten for optimization?  Another switch in the options menu doesn't seem like the best strategy for this problem.
