petebalf is right, PDF is very large used in France by our clients. Some clients doesn't use any cad software and they are not adminisatration on their computer. So they can not install dwf viewer.

You can change the system setting for this to be saved with one click only and not asking for naming for every single sheet in settings-devices-printers and scanners-adobe PDF(or any other) - printing preferences-adobe PDF settings- and change the Adobe pdf output folder to a specific one and clear the "view adobe pfd results".
You really need to add PDF export. Each documentation must be submitted in PDF and DWG. PDF forges must be properly named and borderless. There are different drawing formats in the project, so Revit has to export them without borders and with PDF file names according to user settings (ideally from Revit parameters). This should be a standard Revit feature. Creating a genuine PDF from a model is now a very tedious job ... Similarly, export to DWG, here would be ideal, to be able to user select the file name (composed according to Revit param.).
Idealy one could drive the PDF sheet size by the layout and realize in this way multiformat batch plots. Outpout name driven by parameter concatenation of ideally shared parameter of the layouts would the absolute greatest thing.

LOL. Everything can be misinterpreted... we don't use DWFs either. I was just answering @c.barribaud's question (at least with my best, apparently correct, guess). There were some pretty cool features when DWFs first came out, but the added headache of having to install yet another "viewer" negated that (so we stopped experimenting with it). If they could bring the markup functionality to PDFs, that might be helpful (assuming they did the management well), but that will probably need to be a separate "idea" as bundling a 2D PDF printer is much simpler than creating a whole issue management interface (though maybe they could repurpose what they already have and use it for PDF markups).
