BlueBeam plugin can help a lot with printing in Revit. Also, it does add some nice functionality with revisions when editing pdfs and other functionality which can help as well for various applications.

Even though this has now been implemented, the diroots plugin is simply the best for exporting PDFs, DWGs, etc.

Should allow adding customized paper size for export to pdf

@wongccf Option Use Sheet Size works a treat!

Printing manager "like DiRoots" is a MUST. Revit is even worse than centuries-old AutoCAD. Unbeliveable!

What do you mean? Revit has had native PDF export for several years now. Are you referring to something else?

@AdamBielanski, posting on an "Implemented" idea probably won't get much traction, but I believe what you're looking for is an idea similar to this one?:  https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-ideas/print-pdf-and-export-dwg-sheets-from-a-linked-model/idi-p...
