We recently bought a new laptop to work on the Revit model at the jobsite.
After installing Revit and C4R 2016 and attempting to open the file, I get this message:
"Data in file SCVMC-SG-ARCH.rvt is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered."
Here's what we've tried so far:
-Cleared out the "Temp" cache to free up disk space (it's a brand new laptop so not really necessary but tried it anyway).
-Verified that we had the most up-to-date versions installed, as well as all service packs.
-All other users are able to open the model from A360, no error/corrupt message.
-User is able to open the model on another machine, no error message.
-Reinstalled Revit and C4R.
None of this seems to make a difference. Any ideas?
