you can do that with fairly easily with a Curtain Wall. Mullions only. Empty Panels. 

 

 

...I don't know what the spacings or sizes of the Vertical and Horizontal Mullions are, but this is what I'm talking about. See attached.

"Empty Panel" is a Panel Type. Look under the the CW's Type Properties and you'll see it there next to "Curtain Panel".

It's a wall. Just place it where you want it.
