Window Gradient shading

My client asked to get glass to look like this photo. Is there a way to do this?

There is a few approaches to shading the windows that way.  Shaded view would be one. Have you tried that? 

 

...have you tried Shadows On?

 

...have you tried different Sun Settings (e.g. Azimuth and Altitude)?

Play with the glass material settings: transparency and tint.

I Have played around with it, graphic display options, the materials. only seem to get 1 shade/1 color

I have tried the Shaded view - no solution

I want the glass to display the same on every window, every side of building, so sun setting/shadows-no solution

I have no idea, I was given to me through a pdf that file called scan. Trying to mimic the window gradient/shading

You can have some gradient form the material as a whole but I don't think it can be localized to each window like what you show.

there is a gradient options in material...use that.. apply to Glass of the window.there is a gradient options in material...use that.. apply to Glass of the window.

Is there any way to achieve it, in not realistic views (hidden lines / shaded / consistent)? This is something that I really need...

nope

we do not use it anymore, it was too complex to acheive in revit.
