Window Frame - Can't Sweep Profile

Hi,

I have created a profile for my window family but I seem to be unable to create a sweep from it. I am simply told that the profile contains no loops. Am I not allowed to have two loops in the same profile perhaps? I did try deleting one but I had the same issue. 

I've tried trimming all corners, checking for overlapping lines etc...

just recreated a new one. it could be some issues in your profile. thanks

Probably you had some lines not meeting properly at a corner, trimming those to meet would resolve the issue (check the loop sketch)...
