Why room not enclosed?

Please see attached revit file. Can someone please take a look and let me know why the level 2 room is not enclosed?

You have 2 options:

1. Either you revisit all the bounding elements (Walls, Curtain walls and floor) and readjust the base offsets properly to stop the bleeding
2. OR you change the computational Height of level 2
   • Select the Level 2
   • Change offset of the computational height (this way it compensate for any offsets given to the various bounding elements)  - see image below

Note: you also have overlapping rooms. You might want to fix the rooms Limit offset too

No you did not : o) see GIF below ... You did not adjust the computational height as suggested 

Apart from the above you also did not address the issues with the bounding elements 

1. Wall profile should be reset and base/top properly constrained (\
   • You do not need to edit the profile of the wall to make openings simply edit their type and make check the box Automatically Embed)
2. Various error on walls overlapping

You need to do some cleaning

By the way, where  do I find the cleaning and do I need to do it. 

I just need to export it as gbXML file. I will only do it if it is absolutely essential.

It is better to fix them.: however, if you have no time for it and all is functioning as per your expectation, you can postpone it (BUT it is NOT recommended to skip it completely)... later during the project you might have various issues happening due to stacking errors and warnings

I only need this model to calculate energy  efficiency in IES. I don't need it for anything else. It should be ok right.
