Why pat file won't work for new drafting pattern type?

I have the following pat file and am trying to use it for section cuts through floors. It will only load as a model drafting type and thus I am unable to use as a cut pattern for the floor. Any suggestions?

Here is why:

;%VERSION=3.0
;%UNITS=INCH
*FRIT8
;%TYPE=MODEL   <---- This needs to say DRAFTING for it to be a Drafting fill pattern

So modify your pattern in hatchkit and make sure you select Drafting and not Model.
