why do wall lines not clean up properly even when i have used trim tool

In the attached image, I used trim to join walls but as you can see, lines are missing at the corner.

 

Why would this be?corner.JPG

Use the Wall Join tool to change the way it is Joined at the corner.

Sorry, I need to revise the question a bit.   The image I had attached is of an overlay looking up.  

 

In the first floor plan it looks normal, but it is different in the overlay. Why would this be?

Actually, I don't think Automatic Join is turned on.  Allow Join.

Dunno. Sometimes I got to fight Revit too with certain join conditions. She can be temperamental.
