I am a 14 year Revit user and can usually figure out issue on my own. This one has me stumped. I don't recall making any changes but all of a sudden, five rooms in my project had the room boundary change from the perimeter of the room to two small rectangles around two windows. The attached picture show the two areas in red. How can I redefine the boundary of the room to be the perimeter of the room?

i have seen this happen in a M/E/P model when the Architectural model becomes "Non Room bounding", but not typically in an Arch model. unless something changed :-).
extra question.... i had trouble seeing on my small screen, but is the leader of the tag pointing to he window on the top of the image?

Turn on the Room's Reference subcategory so you can see the origin of the room. The tag is point toward it but if you turn it on you could drag it back closer to the room's center. If it is still confused then sketch a room separator on one side or the other to narrow down where the boundary is failing.

I'm not sure what is bounding it. These were originally created using the "Room" commend. When I originally placed it, it set the boundary as the perimeter of the room, as it should. When I go into the Room command again, as if I were trying to define another room, you can see below that it thinks the room is the two small rectangles by the windows, but I'm not sure what defined that. You can see the multiple rooms this has happened to.
Visibility/Graphics > Rooms > Reference
