Losing material

Hello friends, I am tired of losing materials. We have 4 pcs and all of them linked the material to the same location with same picture name. However, they are not showing up. Please help

I'm not understanding what is not showing up and what you are losing.  Sounds like a nightmare though. I feel your pain.
