Why did my Room Boundary move??

I am a 14 year Revit user and can usually figure out issue on my own.  This one has me stumped.  I don't recall making any changes but all of a sudden, five rooms in my project had the room boundary change from the perimeter of the room to two small rectangles around two windows.  The attached picture show the two areas in red.  How can I redefine the boundary of the room to be the perimeter of the room?

i have seen this happen in a M/E/P model when the Architectural model becomes "Non Room bounding", but not typically in an Arch model. unless something changed :-).

extra question.... i had trouble seeing on my small screen, but is the leader of the tag pointing to he window on the top of the image?

What's bounding the room? A Room Separator line?

...are you Phasing Construction?

I don't see anything that is bounding the room to cause it to think those two small rectangles is the boundary.  I don't have any room separators there.  No, I'm not phasing.

what's bounding it though?  It's a rectangle. It's bound on four sides by something. No?

Turn on the Room's Reference subcategory so you can see the origin of the room. The tag is point toward it but if you turn it on you could drag it back closer to the room's center. If it is still confused then sketch a room separator on one side or the other to narrow down where the boundary is failing.

I'm not sure what is bounding it.  These were originally created using the "Room" commend.  When I originally placed it, it set the boundary as the perimeter of the room, as it should.  When I go into the Room command again, as if I were trying to define another room, you can see below that it thinks the room is the two small rectangles by the windows, but I'm not sure what defined that. You can see the multiple rooms this has happened to.

Steve,  How do I turn on the Room's Reference subcategory?

Hi,

Maybe something with the level or viewdepth.

The rectangles in the 2 windows on the far right, is that one room?

Take a look at section A301R and select the room anything obscuring the planview, does the room and view have the same level.

GOT IT!!  I figured out we had a floor on top of a floor for the Floor Finish Drawing.  When I highlighted the top flooring, I had to uncheck the Room Bounding box in Properties.  Thanks for all of the Replies!
