What key or mouse command envokes the rotate command?

I haven't needed to use Revit in 10 years, but I have a revit model from a consultant that didn't know how to export revit models to CAD and they left the model in a 3d view. I need to rotate to plan view and export to CAD, but Revit appears to have changed all their commands. How do I rotate the view to be plan view? The view cube is on  "crack" and won't rotate to the correct view, makes it slightly off x,y axis. Is Revit broke now or did it get changed so much it just appears broke?

I have this issue sometimes. I can usually get the cube to start working again by pressing the Home button.
