Model Text - Can it be filled?

I want to label parking stalls in the model.

Currently we are using text in an overall view and also in the segment views, but I would rather see us input it once in the model like the parking stall is literally being painted with the label.

Is this possible?

right now I am only able to using a outlined text ... but I would like to have a solid filled text or half tone.

any suggestions.....

In Wireframe mode?

...you should be able to make it solid. You know you can apply a material to it?

Model text is always a solid, extrusion depth is standard 250mm. Does it not appear in other views? Or is it just not the material you want?

As mentioned by Avaris model text was always solid. If you want to use it in model, just set the work plane and use the model text. After you place it in the model and still your not satisfied in what you see in the 3D View try to readjust the value in the properties. Ex. Depth, Font Style, Materials, Font Size
