Sheets missing on project project

I have dummy sheets missing for my structural sheets in the project browser but they appear in the completely wrong location on the drawing index. They are no longer nested under the structural header and are located at the top of the drawing index and are not delete able.

Are you talking about Sheet Lists?

Check if it has anything to do with browser organization. Try changing it to "all"

I found the answer, the structural linked drawings where checked as add to project list and were automatically added. I just had to uncheck the box in the linked file.
