Your Revit Project already has shared parameters "Nominal Width" , "Weight Net", "Nominal Height".. All these parameters were initially added to your Project with type as "Numbers".. Now, you are trying to add the same items with "Text" type..
Possible Solution: Delete the shared parameters "Nominal Width" , "Weight Net", "Nominal Height" inside your Project.. Then try to reload the families.. (If you already have set many data with those parameters, then you might lose them)
