what is happening

Uncheck Crop View.

I did whatyou said, and now the building is being shown completly, but the the sectionbox, still ain´t appearing..

Uncheck, then check the section box option. When initiating one, it will enclose all object, so it can be very large. Shortcut ZA should make your box visible.
