Weird dimensions, bug?

Hi fellas!

Anyone else having this problem with dimensions? The wall is angled and the view is cropped.
How would you 'solve' it?

Not sure what you're trying to solve.  Are you referring to the temporary dimension or the fixed dimension?  Is the dimension incorrect?  Perhaps just extend your crop region.

The fixed dimension is selected at the printscreen (so that it looks temporary).
The dimension is acting up, look at how the tick marks are done.

Do you mean the extension line snapping out on the right?

Exactly. No matter how I try to place the dimensions it turns out weird with this setup (rotated details + crop)

A bug which I have noticed in 2019.2 and has been reported...

For the time being create another dim style and kill the witness lines in it or similar to the dim you have there with 1 witness line on one end and the other end suppressed
