Want to device Floor

We wants to device Architecture Floor and structure.
I can't understand even the wall can device but floor can't do it.

First; intersect the Wall and Floor Geometry and second; use the Join Geometry Tool to join both together.  Be careful though. Maintain a safe distance between you and the computer monitor while doing so.  There might be fallout.  Wearing a HAZMAT Suit is recommended.  Good luck.

If the structural floor and the architectural floor have the same footprint then you can copy paste aligned, change floor type and elevation.  If they have different footprint (most likely) then model then separately.

 

By the way, I don't understand what you mean by saying divide structural and architectural walls.  A Revit wall is one or the other, cannot be both.
