Views inside views on Project Browser which are Independent

I have a revit file from a client which has Views inside views on Project Browser which are Independent!

Top Level is Browser Organiser - Can be created that through adding a 

Parameter to a  View Template -

But I don't know how they have create the following tree- Having two levels of views where the lowest is Independent.

Looks to me like they added a Project Parameter to Views, and are sorting the Project Brower using this Project Parameter's values. Be pretty easy to confirm though.  Right-click on Views=>Project Organization to see what it is.

Hi,

As @barthbradley mentioned the top level name is a project defined parameter attached to the Views category.

The second is the View's Family/type name.
