Views and sheets keeps disappearing

I'm work-sharing a central model with 3 other people and recently some of the work that we've been doing and syncing to the central Model has been disappearing as if they have been deleted and I'm not sure why. We do the work and then sync to the central model but it seems like when you close and open the model again, the work that you've just done is no where to be found. anyone else experienced this before?

Are you all using the same central file?

try to sync, but keep the ownership of the views and sheets for a test. then let the others sync and check if the issue is still there.
